Work process: Collecting "Futures" for Feira de Hulene

Knowing a place and its people, is knowing what people expect from it, how they see it change and evolve.
How do they envision it's future? What should change? How would they see themselves in this process?
This group decided to ask people about the future of Feira de Hulene. The material collected was shown on a wall
of Feira de Hulene for people to see. It offered an interesting map of Feira de Hulene, its needs, it's strengths
and it's social importance.
At the same time GTO-Maputo was communicating for the first time with it's new surroundings.
Unafortunately this workshop finished at night and we could not see how the final work was perceived.
For the actors of GTO-Maputo, after was a difficult assignement, they understood how these tools could be used
exploring themes within their work. And how collecting individual responses can be a way of giving visibility
to a given community. Isolated actors together become strong, it can be the same with isolated statements.
At the end of the workshop we discussed how this material could be used to create other graphic material.
